Pampers are easier to get off than Depends. and the kids don't put up too much of a fight. I have to find a ball ping hammer to get depends off.

I've found the best to be a pair of rubber underwear with tight elastic openings! You can make your business in them and feel it swish around like a fish tank all day. The elastic keeps all the wretched goodness in so you have that warm feeling all day.
