.. I LOVE Vanilla Slimfast!! YUM!! I Do!

Two Shakes a day, and then a SENSIBLE dinner..

i.e. Steak
Mashed Potatoes
Burgers/ Hotdogs
Lobster - with butter
Pasta
~Sorbet - to cleanse the palette ~
Gravy
Salad - LMAO!
Ice Cream
Gravy
See? All the food groups are represented , because it must be a SENSIBLE dinner.

I sustitute Butter with Crisco, straight from the can.

And I up my portions of Jerky.

I tried that stuff and it is NASTY! I have three cans in my fridge now for like five months that I don't plan on drinking.
