Shane may not be around in the United States, but he recently appeared on the WWF's Asian tour. Here are a couple of Shane mentions:

From rajahwwf.com (thanks to Kim for this one):

Shane Mcmahon came up first and instantly got some real heat from the crowd....with the " asshole" chants. Shane had visibly put on some weight since his last wwf tv appearance.

From lordsofpain.net:

HERE COMES THE MONEY MONEY! Shane Mcmahon entered the ring only to get biggest heat of the night when he screamed "Shut Up!". He said he hates Malaysia and wasn't planned to be here (What?). He's here to represent his dad, Vince (What?). Shane then talked shit about Ric Flair (What?). The Nature Boy came to the ring and ordered Shane to get out from this place.
Instead, Shane stomped Ric Flair in the corner of the ring! however the 50% owner of WWF managed to counter and locked the Figure Four on Shane!( WHooo!) He then leaved the ring to huge pop. (Doesnt Shane and Steph the two who sold the 'share' to Ric? ohh this is just a tour, the marks get entertained, their job is done)

GOD HE NEEDS TO COME BACK HE IS ONE OF THE BEST RISK TAKERS IN THE BUSINESS!!!!!!

I wish Shane would come back, I enjoyed him as an announcer on Heat, as a manager and as a wrestler.

I'm really torn about Shane.

On the one hand, it's never good to have a McMahon on TV. Plus he's not a wrestler. And I don't feel guys like the Rock should have to sell for him like he is.

But on the other, he's the least annoying of the McMahons, he always puts on a show in the ring, and he seems to be the most sympathetic to the fans (he's apparently not happy with the current product either).

I love Shane-O-Mac!! :) I have the biggest crush on him, I don't know why! I wish he would come back too. He was always entertaining even if you hated him..."Which way did he go? Which way did he go?" lol

I definitly agree with Coz. Shane is and was an incredible bump-man, risk-taker, or just plain suicidal maniac. He did things on a level, sometimes higher, than Mick Foley. Remember Wrestlemania when he jumped from one end to another?
I never cared what a pain it was to listen to the McMahon family values on air, I just was constantly amazed by Shane's amazing ability to take risks, and... possibly... Stephanie's cargo...
