Yes, they did make a Nazi GI Joe. They released WWII Joes back in the 60's, for some strange reason I had the Nazi and the Jap. My neighbor had the Brit and the French one.
The Nazi looked the best. He was in his dress grays and had the cool helmet and the boots, along with a cool German hand grenade and a Luger.
Eventually the WWII Joes were passe, the GI Joe space capsule came along..with a 45 record of Alan Shepherd, the Mercury Astronaut. Of course, I had that, along with the GI Joe Frogman, bathtub ready of course!

Wow. That's way before my time. I was a Joe fan during the time of the little plastic guys, and the cartoon.

But it sounds cool! It would be nice to have some Taliban one to set on fire. It might make me feel a little better.

I'd buy a Bin Laden GI Joe, put him in my toilet, and MUD on him. That would be fun.

I once took my Nazi and Nip Joe's to school for Show and Tell. The teacher thought it was brilliant that a 3rd Grader knew about WWII. Nowadays I would be suspended.

I used to get the G.I.Joe Newsletter.In it they would show a picture of last month's War Scene sent in by some kid.They always looked professionally done.
I never won.I guess they didn't appreciate "Joe" running over "Hiemrich" in the official G.I.Joe Action Jeep.
