My boyfriend of 2 and a half years broke up with me a few months ago too. It hit me really hard at first by over time, you realize that you need to be happy with yourself before you can be happy with anyone else and if you are happy with yourself, it's alright to be alone. I say the best advice is take it easy and relax. Enjoy your time developing yourself. I chose to get into meditation and yoga which is wonderful for the soul. The worst thing you can do is jump into another relationship. Although it might satisfy your heartache now, it will not make it easier in the future.
