Austin Drunken Chase

I just recently read that Austin was chased earlier today. Police were in persuit of Austin in a helicopter. From the helicopter it appeared that he was drinking a beer. When he saw the helicopter he flipped it off. I don't know if this is true but if it is the line between reality and character is definatly blurred.
