The contract said looser leaves the show, not loser leaves the show. Knowing Al he will use that excuse to return on Monday. It a simple legal loop hole Al can use.

Now in all seriousness does anyone want this balding sad sack of a producer on the show again? Would it really matter to you if he came back and continued doing the menial labor that he's been accustomed to doing for about 5 months now?
