Since Opie and Anthony went nut-zo with the staples yesterday, what was the most extreme thing you guys have done?

For me it was falling off my buds house into a bunch of thumbtacks in a poorly made ring. Blood flowed like wine that day.

But to answer your question, while training with a "friend" at the JAP wrestling school, while he was giving me a hip toss he pulled his arm up halfway through making me twist m body and land the wrong way. Not only did I throw out my back, but the following weekend when he made me visit his brother on the Jersey shore for his birthday, they decided we needed to walk along the beach, in October... Then he and his brother decided to wrestle around in the sand and tried to shove me into it. I'm surprised I never killed that jackass.

Not wrestling related, but when I was like 10 I was riding my scooter, hit a bump and flew over the handlebars and landed on my face.

Shit I was xtreme before the X-Games!!!

Serious as a heart attack. A senior citizen condo that was on fire in the town that I used to live in and was a firefighter in had what's called a "Backdraft" (a gust of oxygen causes a dangerous explosion but usually smothers the fire)and/or "Flashover" (the fire gets hot enough where the gases ignite along the ceiling and you become surrounded by fire) or a combonation of both (they're still not sure which it was). It blew 6 people from the building and almost killed 8 friends of mine who were deeper inside the building than I was. I was crouched on my hands and knees no more than about 8 inches from the ground on my way up stairs to relieve one of the members of the hose team. It blew me down the 7 or 8 steps that I was and close to another 40 or 50 feet outside. To give you the idea of the force involved here, I am and was at that time 6'1, 250lbs and was wearing about another 100 lbs worth of gear.

I once Ganso Bombed someone.

Went for a powerbomb, and lost them a bit on the way down. Wound up dumping my friend right on his head / neck.

Good thing I didn't cripple him, cause his mom would have been PISSED.

much like Fallon, i was riding my bike when i was 8 or so, and i decided to see what would happen if i tried to run over a baseball. my bike dead stopped and i flew over the handlebars landing on my face. Oddly enough, the same exact thing happened a few years later. Except the second time, i was riding down a big hill with no hands thinking i was cool going pretty fast when i suddenly hit a big rock and since i was riding with no hands i flew over the handlebars again landing on my face and arms and breaking my watch. I dont ride bikes much anymore.

I went to see the WWF at the garden and while I was on line getting a soda, I got a paper cut from opening the straw. Boy did the blood flow that day...:)

I showed my mom the tape and she went screaming out of the room. That was priceless :-)
