I HATE GOSSIP shows, columns in papers and mags, and the whole culture that has sprung up around it! FUCK OFF! If I wanted to know what famous people thought about things, I'd go ask them.

But no, instead we have all these shows where celebrities go and voice their opinions, and people act interested in what they're doing. I DON'T CARE. And why do people care about that shit? Will Keanu Reeve's opinion on terrorism change anything? NO!

And if we can kill off this culture, we wouldn't have to deal with Joan Rivers and her SINFULLY UGLY daughter! That's exactly what I need, 2 CUNTS gossiping about stars as they walk into awards shows that stroke their own egos a little more.

I feel ya moe! I hate it too and the fact that there is such a demand for it makes it worse. I have enough to worry about in my own life let alone rich famous peoples lives. I also don't like it because it is part of the reason we as a society are so self concious and have low self esteems. Look at the people that the focus is always on, and if Joan River's criticizes them, what about regular people. Those columns, TV shows, magazines, are a waste of time, but until people ralize that, they will be around. Some people's lives are so sad, they would rather obsess about a person they will never meet.

I dont even bother watching or reading about it...unless I hear a story that Keaneu Reeves and his pals were incinerated in a flaming wreck I could give a flying f*** about what he is eating. And I DO understand that this is a Multi-Billion dollar business that isn't going anywhere anytime soon, but it just makes me SICK everytime I see all these interviews with famous people, and they open their mouthes about shit they DON'T EVEN DEAL WITH ANYMORE! Charity is one thing. Be like Ron, and keep it to yourself. When you donate time and money, then go to the press and say "LOOK WHAT I DID!", you're a pimple on the ass of society.

I just wish that these actors, actresses, and other assorted celebrities could do their job, we'd go see some of their movies, and watch some TV, and that's it. They have their personal lives, and we have ours.

And like Aggie said, I'm not The President or anything, but I have my own problems to worry about. If some dipshit out there worried about their own business as much as their neighbor's business, or the latest Entertainment Tonight episode, their lives would improve.
