Archie Comic Books

I came from such a dysfunctional family (who didn't). When I was a kid, one of my biggest "escapes" was to read Archie Comics. I especially liked Veronica and Reggie. I am not sure if boys were into Archie Comics, but I know I loved them.

Archie was a GREAT comic book. And I it was accidentally discovered by me. Long story short, one mans garbage is another mans treasure (GOD THAT SOUNDED LIKE A REALLY BAD GAY REFERENCE)

I liked Archie, I used to make my Mom buy it for me when we went food shopping so I wouldnt be bored, It was all like old school trapped in the 60's, I mean where did they live, Wisconsin?

I agree, but the innocense of it all was cute.

When I was a kid I remember reading them - it was almost like Veronica a Betty and the rest of the gang were my buddies. It was kind of like a soap opera.

I remember thinking that I couldn't wait to grow up to be like Betty and Veronica.

I used to love them and I still read them every once in awhile because my mom still puts them in my Christmas stocking sometimes. :)
