Wasn't it suppose to be "One man, one woman win a contract?"|

What the f*ck! Jake and Kenny should have gotten both if not just Jake alone.

I guess they want top improve the *cough* WWE Women's Division.

I wonder where Jake and Kenny will end up? DAMN, that was f'ed up!

i was laughin at first, thinking that both guys got passed over for the girls. but then i thought about it and maybe they have enough guys for now and like mark said, they wanna build up the women's division. i still think it was messed up though. i was really hoping that jake would have been one of the winners. he's got that look - and besides, he's got cool hair :)

... look what i just done said ...

I agree. I was very shocked. Especially when they picked Linda first b/c i definitley (I even told my friend after they picked Linda) didn't think they'd pick 2 girls! Boy was I wrong. I don't agree with their choices, but I do think the women could use some more actual wrestlers and I guess I can see what they are trying to do...?

It's a shame because I would've tuned in to see Jake wrestle. That guy was fucking awesome.

Can Jake and Kenny get contracts anyway just not as "Tough Enough 2" winners? They are both more than deserving (way more so than the two that won) of the contract and would actually give the viewers something to tune in for other than the same tired ass storylines

Nope. It was a free for all.

I don't mind it, the womens divison needs a kick in the ass and bringing in two more ladies that people know from tv will help that.

I thought this season in a whole sucked though, I stopped watching after the first couple of weeks.

They need to get rid of the real world shit and have more in-ring training on TE3.

I think the WWE recently signed Chris Harvard from TE1 to a development deal.

ok just imagine the embarassment of Jake and Kenny.. they we be know as the guys who lost to girls.. i know how that sounds and all but it is simply true.. if they want to beef up the women then they should never had brought guys in.. i definately would have tuned in to see what they did with jake....oh and Hawk is a pussy... hahaha

What a fucking waste! i literally felt like i wasted my time watching every episode.
If the current theory is to improve the womens division, why then an increase in all the stripper-like characters and segments?!
thats a crock.
i have yet to see the TE1 female champ wrestle once!

to be honest. i would have loved to see Jake win, but i can understand why he didnt. he admitted himself he was a slow learner. I DO hope he lands a developental deal like Chris did from TE1.

but c'mon, 2 women?!
there's too much already.
Women wrestlers of today= the proliminary wrestlers of the 80's.
After this point, i'm just expecting more lame decisions, like the return of the little spanish and asian masked wrestlers that always look identical, and each and every wrestler having an annoying manager.

One a bright note...
A friend of mine saw Jake hanging out at wwe world the other day, and he's bigger than he ever was. i hope thats a hint he isnt giving up. :)

xoxoxo,
Rev

i agree but the problem with that is the episode with the 2 in the hot tub was there highest rated show this year, which means they will probably put more drama bullshit next season.

i was actually rooting for kenny, i know jake looked the part but kenny was the money wrestler.

as for developmental contracts, chris harvard and matt (the big guy who got hurt this year) both have developmental contracts, and i'm sure jake will get one too.

a lot of the guys from both seasons are wrestling in the independents now, because they are learning and they bring television names to indy promotions. i wouldn't be surprised to see some of these cats in the wwe someday.

I'm one of the few, it seems, who's happy with the results.

It shows that they actually might be serious about the women's division, which, thanks to the efforts of Fit Finlay, has steadily been growing better over the past few weeks.

I don't see why everyone was so high on Jake. He had "The Look", sure, but he wasn't that great in the ring. He wasn't even as good as his comepition, Kenny (the trainers all but admitted that outright). All he had going for him was his looks, but the WWF has got more talented guys who look as impressive as he does already in their developmental territories.

I'm with Fallon, though - this season, to me, by and large was a disappointment. There was less ring time and too much "Real World" crap, and the only one of the contestants I was remotely interested in was Hawk....who pussied out and quit.

Overall, I think this was a smart decision. They filled the gaps on their roster with what was needed. Jake & Kenny weren't necessary.

Jake was big with no skills.... Um I don;t think we
need that and Kenny did not have the look with
skill... we did not need that either..... I think the
choices were solid even though I think it should be
one guy and one girl. I think they did this so next
time if they picked 2 GUYS women would not be
complaining. I see the women groups already
complaining. So I think they did this because they
were not impressed with the guys and covering
there asses if next time they wanted to pick 2
guys... For example...... I am sure they would have
loved to pick 2 guys in the first one but they
couldn't because it would not be politically

I can't believe they didn't pick one of the guys. I knew Jackie was going to win, but I thought Linda was going to lose. She is going to be a bigger disappointement than Nidia. You mark my words.

Hey WWEFallon brotha, do you think that was the reason why they gave him some mic time on the season finale and basically indirectly ragged on Maven and got some decent heat? Did I smell an angle a'brewin?
