Ive seen some nice guys come out ahead, but then again its the scumbags in life that are willing to step on people to get what they want......and in life thats how you gotta be alot of times. Sad but true! You gotta look out for yourself first 90% of the time...nobody else is gonna do it for ya. I think sometimes Nice gets confused with Shy. You can be a "Nice Guy" and still be confident, outgoing, and ambitious. I think the expression comes from guys who lack confidence, are afraid to let their voice be heard and go after what they want in life.
