I'm very impressed with the WWF's new show Confidential.
I stopped watching wrestling after the roster split got to me and just confused me and the nWo's failure also turned me away, but im not talking aboot that right now. I was flipping through the channels when I saw this show and I actually liked it. It is very well put together and the Survivor Series 97 segment was very good. But, we all know that everyone involved in that(except Hebner) is a no good rotten son of a biznitch. Especially Vince, who I absolutely hate from the bottom of my heart.
Back to the topic, I guess I couldn't stay away from wrestling for more then 2 weeks because now every week I'm going to have to tune into Conifdential. If no one has seen it yet I suggest you watch next week because if the segments are as good as they were this week(with the exception of that freaky Goldust impersonation) this is going to be the best WWF show! :)

This was where they interviewed Shawn Michaels, right?
Word of advice - take everything said on that program, especially by Shawn, with a grain of salt. I'm sure the program made Vince look good, seeing as it's his spin on SS 97. Michaels, however, is a complete liar. I suggest you pick up a copy of his RFvideo.com "shoot" interview. It's great comedy - Shawn explaining for a few hours about how he wasn't such a troublemaker and that the Cliq's power was exaggerated. Oh, and he didn't know Vince was going to screw over Bret. It's hilarious stuff.

On Confidential HBK fessed up to knowing before hand that they were going to screw Bret, he did say it was for the good of the compnay and Bret should have forked over the title.
Hebner knew, but only ten minutes before the match, he said as soon as he told the guy to ring the bell he jumped out of the ring and ran staright to parking lot and got the hell out of there.
I loved the show.

Bret was on Meltzer's Live Audio Wrestling show over the weekend. If you missed it, it's a shame, because it was an excellent interview. Bret came off very well.
Naturally, the discussion turned to SS 97. Bret felt that Shawn's admission of guilt on Confidential was designed to generate ratings. He also believes that Briscoe & Patterson knew about the screwjob, and definitely believes Hunter was in on it. He's still somewhat upset at Hebner, but feels that Earl was placed in a tough position. Overall, though, he's trying to move away from the whole incident.
I thought the most interesting thing he had to say was that Hunter & Shawn used to gang up on the young rookie Rock, berating him and pointing out his flaws. Afterwards, Bret would offer encouragement to Rock, and as a result, Rock's been grateful to Bret for the early career advice. The Sharpshooter he does is a tribute to Bret......kinda makes me feel bad now for goofing on the way he does it.
