Best President of the 20th Century?

From McKinley to Clinton, who do you think was the best president of the 20th century and why?

I'll have to go with Reagan. Maybe it's because I'm a child of the 80's, but he helped to rebuild our economy, put things in motion that ended the cold war, and renewed patriotism in America.

i'll have to go with reagan also. eventhough i wasn't alive for most of the 80s, i really respect that man. he had balls, and was really looking out for america's best intrests. unlike someother presidents that just try to make all the other countries happy.

I'd have to say one of the two Roosevelts, probably FDR. Reagan?! I'l give him cred for leadership and charisma, but his policies and actions while president harmed this country in ways we're still paying for today.

FDR. Came into office during the worst of times- The depression. Lead the country out of that and through WWII. The New Deal was revolutionary w/ all its social programs. Whether you agree, or not poltically, the man had chutzpah in trying to get his agenda through.(i.e the court packing plan)
