ANxiety?

I know we've been down this road many many times before, but Ive been getting REALLY REALLY BAD anxiety pains yet again (this may be seasonal im thinking) and even had to go to the emergency room last week for this.

Its getting really annoying and I want it to stop- what do you people do to stop anxiety????

i once had a anxiety attack on the train and i thought i was going to die.my whole body got hot,and i started to sweat so i had to bend over and touch my knees to relex myself.i just got a seat on the train then i started to do some light breathing with my head in my lap that works just fine for me:)

maybe you should see a neurologist. it could be something wrong that may require some sort of medication.

Super do you work out?? it helped me with 90%of my anxiety, also once a week treat yourself to your favorite foods. I also saw many dominatrix"s but that is probably more of a guy thing.

I thought everything would be better when this semester ended and I got back home cause I figure- less to think about. but less to think about somehow is making these attacks worse and more frequent. Im starting to think maybe i SHOULD see a doctor i dunno .

Anna, Cant you take Paxil? Or any type of Anti Anxiety pill? Or is that against your beliefs as a Str8 edge person?

i killed my edge a few weeks ago in an attempt to "find myself" (dont ask)
so i guess i COULD take drugs but i dont feel good about them.. i used to get alot of shots ect.. and i just dont trust drugs.
