I'm sure most of you were there before the first bell, but myself, Jesse, Mario, and Earth2Ron got directions from Mapquest, who seemed to think
The Wreck Room was in southern Jersey.

After deciphering those lame directions, we got to the door only to be told the fire marshall just closed the doors. So we waited about 20 minutes, which was better than the 200+ people behind us.

The wait wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for t he escaped mental patient that was holding travel brochures and looked like he just dumped in his sweatpants. ;)

The directions I got from Mapquest also sucked major whale balls. but I anticipated that and left at 3:30. I got there at 5:30, before the first bell, and not that many people were there so I got a ringside seat

Holy shit did those directions suck..Since I was the wheelman I'll pass the buck onto my copilot.. He's the one that's supposed to get me to my destination on time...LMAO...

Yo, about that mental patient, I think that guy was in "K-pax" as an extra.. He smelled like doo-doo and looked like shit. Did any one else notice a funny looking, stink dude getting close to their left pocket? If so,tell us what you think of him...LOL...

Sorry jiz,I have to blame some one...I still think it's your fault that we had to ask a religious jew and a no-teethed mexican for directions..LOL..

By the way, I'm glad you brought this subject up jon, does any one other than we "new yorkers" actually know everything about where we live? I can tell you about any corner in the 5 boroughs and never been there before. those people out there knew nothing about their local neighborhood bar..

Lets see, I came from Nassau county LI, we hit a tiny bit of trafic on the SS parkway, then we hit a TON of trafic on the Cross bronx, Rt 80 sucked ass too!

Great meeting you guys! I didn't notice the mental patient. I was too busy dodging paper airplanes and spit balls coming from behind me!

It took me about an hour and a half. Those Mapquest directions did suck. I got lost like 3 times! I took River RD instead of River DR! How the hell can you put those exits so close to each other??? Wallington was a nice town and nice people but it was too friggin far away and I didn't see any Whitecastles!!

Romeo and I got lost on the way home too. We waited outside for everybody to go to the diner and next thing I knew everybody left us behind. So we tried looking for the diner but had no luck. Then Romeo stopped to ask one guy for directions and the guy didn't speak english. Now that I think about it he had no teeth and looked Mexican!!lol!! Well any way we decided to turn around and go back the way we came and then I saw the diner!! I beamed Romeo like 5 times and honked but he didn't stop. That was sooo funny. Finally we made it to the Parkway and went home. I can't wait for BANOF 3!!!!!!!

my mapqueast directions were great execpt for the detour,but I'm not afraid to stop and ask people for help.

Czm, you should have slammed into the back of my truck to get my attention.Oh and when I stopped on rt3 to take a leak,ouch they where sticker bushes I picked to water.

Mapquest stinks and I don't like it! lol...I left Suffolk about 5:30 and got there about 10 after 8...Had to wait in the rain, but Oh well...we all entertained oursleves waiting on line anyways....Got in to catch the main...traffic was just awful....80 was jacked...God, I hate driving in NJ...confusing as !@#$...E-mail Address Here

I dont bother with mapquest... it blows big fat floppy donkey dick....

My chick was cool enough to give me a GPS for my last B-Day and now I cruise in stile...

Still, I got out of work at 6:30 so I didnt get there till 7:30ish and I had to stay outside (in the rain) for about 2 hours.

The boys (R&F) were the cooooooolest, and came out and said Hi, shook hands with all of us, and said they were sorry that the jackass firemarshall was such a prick.

I have new found respect for R&F . They are both true gentlemen.

My hat is off to them.

BTW, I made it in on time for the Al Pubes & Black Avenger Earl Fight, and it ROoOoOoOCKED!!!

Too bad I didnt hook up with any of the guys I met at the last meeting at the Hard Rock caffe... But then again I was REALLY late getting in.

Hey ya'll....i'm Jondvb's brother, Earth2ron's friend, and Mario's "co-pilot" Let the record show that I did in fact get us to Main St. I had no control over the fact that it seemed like there were 2 Main Streets. By da way...Mio...don't u have a nice Gps sitting on the floor in your house? Well, anyhow, the night was great!! Best part for me was going to McDonald's back in brooklyn and making 20 cars wait cuz Mario suddenly forgott he concept of ordering thru that speaker thingy!!!

thanks to the help of Sexy Bastard, i didnt even need my mapquest directions.

Good thing i left the lincoln tunnel at around 1pm, we got there at 3ish (we stopped for lunch at Bazookas in Secaucus and we got lost on rt17 but then went on our way and "tailgated" at a 7-11)

I'm with Sheepy. The directions from the website were great. I couldn't get there until five minutes after seven because of scheduling changes at work. As a result, I had to wait 2+ hours to get in, but it's better than not getting in at all, no? I prefer the smaller events. I might want to do something in the city this weekend, anyone care to join me?

Mapquest did OK by me. I missed the "slight right" it suggested (which was the bridge I passed). I went down to the next light and looped around to Main. Made a left and headed right on down to the venue.

Hitting the Diner afterward, I followed Erole (since he used to live "round these parts") and we got to the place fine. We stopped at one diner that we thought was the correct one, and walked in to see if everyone was there, but it was the wrong one.

We did see Anthony (from O&A) there. Erole walks right by him, says "Hi Anthony," without missing a step. :) We checked the end of the diner and turned around since we were obviously in the wrong place. Anthony just said "Have a good night, guys," and went back to his dinner as we walked out. Cool.
