I've always wondered this...

Why are there two dates on the milk cartons...one that says "in NYC"? The NYC date is always earlier than the other-why does milk spoil faster in the city than anywhere else? Is it because it's on the delivery truck longer by the time it gets to NYC? I don't understand!

Ok, it's a dumb question-but I've always wanted to know.

I can't even come up with something funny to say about that. That's a damn good question.

I Got the anwser!
The sale dates are stricter in the city, than they are in Nassau or Suff. This is the anwser I got, when I asked my Uncle who was a milk man for 37 years. Anyone else hear anything different?
