i feel like i'm getting sick and i'm trying to stop it (of course the fact that i haven't really slept very much this whole week might not be a good way to go about it... but that's neither here nor there). i know about lots of vitamin c, zinc, and echinacea.... so help me out, what are things that you people do to fight off getting sick?

proper nutrition and cutting down on stress any way you can are the best ways. try some nice hot herbal tea, it'll help relax you so your body can fight ithe illness off

of course if your a new age hippie freak like me, you can do yoga or tai chi, or just meditate. A massage works very well too. so does rubbing one out :)

Nah, rubbing one out is good for temporary relief of headaches. For a cold coming on, I suggest a hot cup of tea with honey (especially if u have a sore or scratchy throat), and I'm a firm believer in the power of COLD-EEZ (zinc lozenges). Also, lotsa liquids, plenty o rest. Get well quick!!

Definitley use those or Vitamin C drops and go to bed early. Those things really help :)
