come on people... i really need to know what you all think. it's the age old question:
which is the better part of broccoli - the flower or the stalk?
i am here to weigh heavily in favor of the stalk...

I like both but if I had to pick one over the other I'd go with stalk beacuse the flower "seeds" tend to get stuck in your teeth.

Stalk definitley...the flower can be very bitter sometimes....but it needs to have melted butter and salt and pepper and I'll eat em both :)
