New Weezer album

holy shit i didn't even know they were coming out with one so quickly! i download the new album (comes out later this week) and its pretty good from what I've listened to so far. I <3 weezer but Pinkerton was still the best. I'm serving it on my site if you want to download go to

missy, i am completely with you on all counts... weezer is great, although i definitely think pinkerton is far and away their best effort.

the new album sounds good from what i've heard of it... they realeased a lot of the new songs a while back for people to listen to and give feedback on, from what i understand. since coming back after the commercial flop that was pinkerton, rivers has become really prolific - i was reading about how he's been just writing and writing and has like hundreds of songs. very cool

Thanks for the downloads. I have that album in a demo form already (and it has 4 other songs. Porcupine, Serendipity, Seafaring Jamb and Living Without You), but it's good to hear the songs cleaned up. I like Maladroit. It's a very different feel for Weezer. My band and I have been jamming Keep Fishing and Fall Together alot in practice lately just for fun.

WeeZeR. Erole likes Weezer. Thanks to the magic of KaaZa I was able to download this album many moons ago. Good stuff. I don't know about that beard thing on Cuomo in the new video...kinda freaky.

I must be the only one that thinks Pinkerton isn't their best album. I like it, but I like udder albums better.

I just got back from buying Maladroit and holy shizzle. It's mofoin awesome. <P> now i know pinkerton is a great album, since its a weezer album, but i just cant agree that it is the best. the blue album back in 94 was the best <P> <P>
