Taken from Ew.com......

''Spider-Man'' may be headed toward another record: most continuity errors. A large number of obsessive-fan moviegoers means a large number of nitpickers noticing details like shattered windows that suddenly appear repaired, dirty shirts that suddenly appear clean, guns that turn into knives, and lacerations that move across faces. So far, 77 errors have been spotted, putting the movie at No. 9 on the all-time gaffe list maintained at movie-mistakes.com. ''The Matrix'' is No. 1, with 146 goofs, but as more people watch the wall-crawling epic, its numbers are expected to climb....(for more info check out Movie-mistakes.com which go over these in detail)

Movie-mistakes.com lists a number of interesting observations, such as:

at that youth festival when the green goblin throws his grenades and the crowds react, right before they get a shot of Parker, you see Stan Lee (creator of Spiderman).
Right before the goblin attacks the Daily bugle you can see that J Jonah Jameson is wearing Spider-man suspenders
As an abstract signature, Sam puts the oldsmobile from "The Evil Dead", in all of his movies. I think at one point in time it belonged to a relative of Bruce Campbell. But you can find it in "Army Of Darkness" and "Darkman". Now correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't uncle Ben driving that same Oldsmobile when giving pete a ride to the "library"?
Lucy Lawless makes a cameo in this film - when they are talking to people about Spider-Man, she appears as a punker with red hair and says the line 'A man with 8 arms? Sounds like a good time to me.
in the scene with Bonesaw in the wrestling match, if you watch the crowd closely, you can notice several Marvel cameos. For instance the four people in the corner look remarkably like the fantasic four (the blond haired guy, the guy with white hair at his temples holding the hand of the blonde haired woman, and a rather tough looking guy). You'll also notice Wolverine from the X-men doing the "Bonesaw" gesture. You can also see a blind, blonde haired man standing by himself looking rather content, this seems to be Matt Murdoc from Daredevil

EffMe noticed that when the Green Goblin first goes into the chamber to undergo the transformation, he's sans any sort of monitoring equipment, but as soon as he's in, he's covered in the little pads that monitor heart rate.

Are you aware that none of the 5 you listed are continuity errors, glitches or mistakes in anyway?

Sorry -- I was trying to test something because my computer was acting up. My apologies for poisoning this thread.

What about:

The Ring Announcer during the Wrestling Sequence was Bruce Campbel, who worked with Director Sam Raimi on Army of Darkness.
J. Jonah Jameson's Assistant was actualy Ted Raimi, Sam's Brother, who worked with Bruce Campbel on the Xena TV series.
And the one thing that annoyed me about the movie, if the green goblin were so worried about Spiderman's identity, why didn't he just unmask him while he was knocked out right before he gave him the ultimatum?

Hosp the reason he didnt unmask him is that they are trying to bring the comic book to life. And never would spider man be unmasked it helps the suspense, of course we all would unmask him but not in the movies. Just think about this:
James Bond always has the plot revealed to him before he escapes.
In Scream 2 when the guy is knocked out why did they escape instead of attacking a unconcious man
its just for continuity

Shaolin shadowboxing, and the Wu-Tang sword style
If what you say is true, the Shaolin and the Wu-Tang
could be dangerous
Do you think your Wu-Tang sword can defeat me?

En garde, I'll let you try my Wu-Tang style

Yet in the Batman movies, Batman's true identity is revealed to the bad guys in several of them.

How about the scene w/spiderman, xena and wonder woman in a threesome. The first scene shows them with clothing, the second, all are naked. Worst episode ever.

What about the scene where Spider-Man was jerking off to an X Men comic?
