Letterman Tix?

Has anyone ever gone to see a taping of the Letterman Show? How do you get tix? Can you just show up that day and get in? Does anyone out there have any CBS connections?There's a certain day that I need to go. Thanks for your feedback/help.

Ive seen Leterman 2 times, and it took several months to get tickets, check the CBS website

I saw letterman on tuesday. I got the tix on monday. If you want tix, go outside during a taping, he has assistants walking around. They'll sign you up and then you could probably go the next day. Quick hint: when they tell you to pick up tix, go an hour earlier than when they tell you because the lines pack up quickly.

I'm still pretty cool.
