good luck teach:
its understandable to be scared. life as you have known it for years is about to change. you are about to enter the real world, don't worry i think you'll do fine. just try to enjoy it.

Helen, I went through the same worries. It will be ok. After I took my last final, I almost cried. Then I spent my last four days at college partying. The time following it was tough, but when you actually graduate with experience, like you have, yu will do fine :)

The first few months after graduating were a bit rough, especially since I didn't have a job or anything to take up my time. Eventually, you get caught up in things and learn to appreciate the post college life as well. Taking a trip back to college for homecoming helped cap things as well - who the hell were all these people that I didn't recognize walking around my school?!
I agree with the earlier e-mail comment, and I might add that it's worth e-mailing people, even if they aren't that good about getting back to you. People lives are crazy after college, but it's worth keeping in touch - I know that a lot of my college friends are some of the best and closest I made and hopefully will be friends a long time. Plus, you never know when those connections will come through for you.
