"Pug felt a deep sense of rightness about everything.
He was an apprentice, even if Kulgan seemed
completely unsure of what to do with him.
He was well fed, and on his way to being slightly intoxicated-
which contributed to his sense of well-being. And most of all he
was among friends. There can't be more to life than this, he thought."

I learned it from Mikey and Mojo.

As for the topic -- I pulled out some old CDs I hadn't listened to in a while. The Stones' "Sticky Fingers" is in the rotation right now.

The entire SNFU catalog and everything from Rise Against has been a permanent fixture for the last few weeks.

This week though I am brushing up on my H2O, Agnostic Front and Stretch Armstong cause I am going to see them this coming Sunday.

The Glorious Burden- Iced Earth. This album is great, they just got Ripper Owen from Judas Priest to do lead vocals, so a good power metal band just got better.

Yeah man, how great is that and how amazing is Gettysburg.

Venom - Black Metal

The remasters? I keep holding of on getting the remasters of Black metal, At War With Satan and Welcome to Hell. I know their sheer power and all their dirty crusty glory but I got the binyl and that seems to be enough. I think because I so closely relate Venom to Celtic Frost, I may wait for the Frost early albums to get remastered as well. That is if they aren't already.

Mer de Noms-- A Perfect Circle

One of my favorite albums. And probably their only really good one. I'm disappointed with their other two.

Nothing in my cd player right now, but I'm trying to find a way to get the Empire Hideous album.

U2 annoys the piss out of me.

Except for "Achtung Baby." That album always will rule the fucking school.

THAT Snoogans is the best link I have seen in sometime. U2 is done. They should have been a long time ago. I am almost embarrassed that I still listen to and love The Joshua Tree to death. Is that even the same band? It seems like one of those bands who think they can go on forever and still be soo cool and relevant but they change things up and become annoying.

Oh yeah, I'm listening to Kylesa and Coheed & Cambria.

Yeah they resurected (no pun intended) themselves for their self-masturbatory travesty The Joshua Tree.

EDIT: OH yeah, CD player. Alive for Love by Peter Murphy.

If The Joshua Tree is self-masturbatory than coat me like a glazed donut.

Don't like "Achtung?"

I actually still really like The Edge's guitar playing...but Bono is just too unspeakably awful to keep things balanced.

Uno, dos, tres, CATORCE

Somewhere Rollins is thinking very dark and violent thoughts about their success.

Anyway, I'm listening to Keane & A Perfect Circle lately. But only APC's "Mer de Noms" and "The Thirteenth Step", because I need to SERIOUSLY wash the taste of "Emotive" out of my mouth.
