Brooklyn is really different, to this day it keeps me thinking,no grass,lots of homes on top of each other,your friends live only a couple of blocks away, you really don't need a car,
my man lives there. Every block has a store ect.. Can you tell I live on the Island???? Yeah! let's have a party!!!! Let's try this one again;)

The real estate guy who showed up the apartment told us how charming the area was becoming - I also think he lied when he said it was Williamsburg cuz the post office said Bushiwick or somethin scary like that - maybe you can confirm for me is that area considered Williamsburg?

bay ridge is kinda just a place for the guinnees to hang out on corners and pretend there cool. williamsburg i love tho. downtown brooklyn, by court St and also by the promoanade- ahh beautiful!!!

My mother's side of the family all emigrated from Sicily to Brooklyn during the first half of the 20th century. They have all since fled to Jersey, Staten Island, or Florida.

I was born in brooklyn. I don't know too much of brooklyn too well except for avenue z, nostrand ave, some of sheepsheads bay and a bit of brighton beach. I also know more russian jews than italians, which was different during the 80's.
