i've actually won two pretty decent things from radio stations...

the first was back in like the summer of 1993. there was a like hard rock type show on sunday nights on wnew. they had a contest for a stone temple pilots prize - all you had to do was write in or send somethign to convince them of why you should win. and i did! so i won a limo to take myself and 3 other people to roseland to see stp and then go backstage and meet them. they plans got screwy, and i never ended up meeting them, but it was still pretty excellent.

the second was pretty recently, like back a few months ago. wlir was doing a coldplay promotion thing and i just called in and got through for it. i ended up getting to go with a friend to this little bar out on the island for a private coldplay show. and after, we got to meet them and all. it was very exciting

so... what about you guys?

i just won tickets to the woody allen screening on wednesday from ron and fez. Thanks ron and fez! i seriously didn't think i could say that unique new york thing. now i have to find a woody allen fan to go with me. and i'm not taking my grandfather.

other than that i won everclear tickets like eons ago.

Well one time I won some tickets to go see Soul Asylum at jones beach it was from 107.1 (X-107 before it went country and started sucking balls) I didnt get to go though because it was the night before the first day of my freshman yr of highschool and my mom started all that "you can't go out on a school nite crap".
