blake's wife was a really big C
Yes, she was a big time Californian...still that is not necessarily a reason to kill. All this story proves to me is that states on east coast (most especially NY) are better than those on west coast...our police are better, our teams are better, our food is better (ever have a pizza out west?? Eccccchhhhhh...). I guarantee they needed some sort of help from police here...

Blake can play the abused child actor card. He was a Little Rascal, after all.
Personally, I think Huggy Bear did it.

The TV show Baretta had a
cool theme song. To hear it, go to: http://www.carlhose.com/baretta/Baretta.htm
Baretta had his own style of busting badass mofos. He knew when to slam their ass down hard and when to let go.

Perhaps I didn't follow this case as closely as I should have. Why was he acquitted? It seems to me that anyone who has a scenario where they forget their gun in a restaurant, go back to get it and then a few minutes later find their wife shot to death seems to me to be a clear case of guilt. What did I miss in the testimony, or that the defense put up to create reasonable doubt? I don't get it.

http://www.rotten.com/library/bio/crime/assassins/dan-white/dan-white.jpg
"In 1978, Dan White, a former San Francisco city supervisor who had recently resigned his position, entered San Francisco City Hall through a basement window, went upstairs, and shot and killed Mayor George Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk.
Psychiatrist Martin Blinder testified in court that White had been depressed, which led to eating junk food: Twinkies and Coca-Cola. This further deepened White's depression, since he was an ex-athlete and knew that the food was not good for him. This was evidence of his depression that prompted his murder spree. This celebrated diagnosis became known as the "Twinkie defense."
White's depression was used to establish grounds for a successful diminished capacity plea; and therefore White was judged incapable of the premeditation required for a murder conviction."
