Wow, this is a tough one...
Favorite Bands:
NiN
Tool
Stabbing Westward
The Cure
Stone Temple Pilots
As for live acts.....I haven't seen too many shows in the past few years, but I've greatly enjoyed concerts by the following:
Pete Yorn
Tool
STP
Incubus
Disturbed.
One of the best shows I've went to was a show at the Nissan Pavilion here in Virginia, headlined by Stone Temple Pilots, along with Disturbed & Incubus. UNBELIEVABLE. All three are great live, especially STP.

Right on, Alice! I love their stuff. Both raucous & wistful. "Skyway" off Please to Meet Me remains my fav song.
I have too many favorite 'Mats songs to list! Check out Grandpaboy. It's a side project of Paul Westerberg and Tommy Stinson. They put out 2 albums-- "Mono" (only 10,000 copies pressed so run out and get it!) and "Stereo." It's very "jangly" Replacements' style, but, for a lack of a better term, more "mature." It's raucous, but almost "bluesy."
I'm hoping they tour soon!
