i've also heard (which is the least likely) that a study shows that most people are smoking at 4:20. i doubt that one though. <P>

Neither of those codes is used by the NYPD, although I understand that LAPD uses 187. So I guess its possible that 420 is used there too. On a personal note, you'll all be happy to know that I've never busted anyone for smoking weed. Enjoy!
