Does anybody on this board actually like XPW.I was looking on their site and their was some story about the Vic Grimes bump and it said something about how that bump made some people almost see what everybody wants to see...somebody die,what the hell is that all about.Afew weeks ago that piece of trash Rob Black was going to feed a dog to a snake.All that fed is are a bunch of no talent wrestlers/rejected wrestlers/porn stars and crack heads trying to put together a rip off of ECW.They suck!

I'll second that,XPW is full of crap.They tryed to get prople to see them by messing around at heat wave 2000,I'm glad they are on the west cost!!!
I dodn't know why Shane Douglas wants to go there..maybe there paying him a lot of $$.Sabu got the hell out of there, good for him.New Jack will kill himself there...and I Hope they go out of business,east cost indies are the only one's worth watching.

Yes, XPW is garbage. That's actually pretty accurate, since they're a garbage fed. They're the worst of the ECW imitators, IMO.

Is it any surprise about Grimes, though? Supreme pretty much scarred himself for life, and they turned the massive trauma he received into an angle. Rob Black is the scum of the earth. He's a porn producer, and not even a good one, and he spends his time thinking up the most ridiculous and offensive publicity stunts possible, i.e. the feeding the puppy to the snake gag. I hear he recently faked having a stroke....too bad it wasn't the real thing.

Thank you I thought I was going to take alot of heat for this for some reason,but I just think their is a line you draw between hardcore wrestling and garbage.The only difference between them and idiots in their backyards is that they have an arena.When I say back yard I mean the idiots with light bulbs on those stupid tapes.As far as indys go I would love to see JAPW I heard so many good things about them I would like to see them move into the old ECW spot.Screw XPW!

The only reason all of the "Extreme" stuff worked in EC was that it was balanced with some actual quality wrestling. For every Cangsta, Sabu, and Sandman, there was a Malenko, Gurrero or Super Crazy to equal it out. Then there was an RVD or Tommy Dreamer who were able to do both. XPW is just like all of the Backyard Wrestling promotions out there, just they have the production ability with the Extreme Associates porno company to at least produce a real show. They have no substance; only shock.

XPW is absolutely horrible. I don't think there is a single worker in the promotion with any talent. That being said, I support anyone who is willing to hurt themselves for my entertainment. You wanna set yourself on fire, I wanna watch. I have never bought a single xpw tape and I never will, but people hurting themselves is through their own stupidity is always funny.

I totally agree, they're even blatant about the fakeness...I recall and article in WOW magazine <btw-F-U PWI for buying the title just to bury it so we have to read the tripe in your mags> in which they discussed "How Not To Blade" starring Supreme <who sucks> and Kronus <who wasn't bad, but is nothing without Saturn>...basically on one of the PPV's you could watch the blading go down right in camera view...stupid, unprofessional losers...

And to think they've actually had a pretty decent talent roser...Sabu, Candido, Juventud, etc. BUT they don't bother with real wrestling at all...

For those interested, there's going to be a Japanese hardcore PPV coming the week after this, so 3 PPV's in a row for the first time in ages :)
