The Last Lion. It's a biography on Winston Chuchill that my father had. That book opened my eyes to the fact that it wasn't too long ago that titans walked the earth and the desire to be is the only thing that seperates them and me.
Aw damn. Was that me?

"The Making of the Atomic Bomb" by Richard Rhodes.
I believe it won the Pulitzer. It tells all of the history behind the chemistry, the physics, and the social and polital aspects of the event. It is really an amazing book.
