I work for an Internet-baed company so its part of my job. However, it's also a big part of my leisure time activity.

That probably explains the gut.

Im always online. I come home after work at 3 sit at my comp read and post on the board then I check out my emails, and play on the board till about 11, but seriously I do have a life people!

i spend an average of 6 hours a day online. and all of it is spent on this board. obsessive? parhaps...

I have to agree with Furie - I watch maybe two hours of TV a week, tops, usually sports. At least with the net, I'm usually learning something. But if I weren't forced to stare at a computer all day at work, I wouldn't be on IM and be posting as much anyway.

Yes, I spend way too much time online.
Reasons:
Too much down time at work & also because i have Broadband at home

I would rather be ashes than dust!
I would rather that my spark should burn out
in a brilliant blaze than it should be stifled by dry-rot.
I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom
of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
I shall not waste my days trying to prolong them.
I shall use my time.

I spend a lot of time online at work, but other than that I really have no life anyway, because people don't like me in real life....
