Who's Biography would you write?

If you could have unprecedented access to any person, famous or not, and write their biography, who would you write about and why? Consider you had access to their everyday life, the dirty little secrets, the skeletons in the closet, etc.

The person can be currently living or dead.
I would have to go with Benjamin Franklin- he was an inventor and statesman. I think it would be cool to see him at work.
