Alrite. Lets say hypothetically a person is in a
relationship. Its a good relationship, things are
going as they should be. Not terrific, but nice.

Now lets say this person has an ex. They were with
this ex a lil while before mentioned relationship.
This person and the ex broke up because they had
interests in other people and there 'relationship'
wasnt really anythiong to begin with- Just to show
that it was barely anything.

Now this persons doing well, time passes and for
one moment the sky opens, the ex walks by and
the song they used to listen to together comes on
and- woah, all these feelings come back for just a
second. All these memories come flooding back into
the persons head and everythings spinning.
Of course, two seconds later its all gone, feelings,
memories- everything is just over. As if it never
happened, But it happened

Is this something the person should worry about?

na that shit just happens... it is almost the same as when you see an ex and they still look good.. and you are like damn it why can't you be ugly.. but then you remember you don't date ugly people and that how much of an asshole they were when you were with them... it just happens.. nothing to dwell on..

the past only exists in the minds of those who dwell in it.

i dont think it's anything to worry about. I think it's natural you feel those feelings momentarily about somebody you once had feelings for and cared about even though you know it was never meant to be. it's nice to reflect on a past memory, but it's not like you're dwelling on it, you just move on

I agree with Jenn. It happen once and the person forgot about it that quickly, so I wouldn't dwell on it. However, if this person starts pulling out old pictures and suddenly wants to stay home and moon over this lost love, I'd head for the hills! That's never a good sign.

A whole bunch of bunchies!
