Mike,Heckler is not real.He is an A.I. computer program left over from the old Ron and Fez"Dot Com" Show.Much like the Mark V computer in the old Star Trek series or V'ger in the first S.T.the Movie.

I'm just kidding.It's just that he can't leave the house.There are several warrants for him in other NYC boroughs.

I've heard Heckler's severe case of agoraphobia keeps him home. Therapists have been working with him so he can get his own mail out of the mailbox. Hopefully they will be successful. :)

The Feds are playing nice. Only 2 months of this house arrest remaining, and then I can dump the ankle bracelet and go outside and skip and jump and dance with jubilation!
