With Raw going the supposed new route with the former ECW guys and Heyman it should be amazing, but for everything to fall in place Raw would need new guys. Here is a little list of former ECW guys heading to The WWF (not designated as raw or smackdown just yet)
Last I heard Definate WWF Prospects
Nova
Chris Chetti
Those are the most definate but here are guys that the wwf should get
If the WWF has a f'n clue they'd sign these guys
Sabu
Big Dick Dudley
The Blue Boy (formerly Blue Meanie)
Sandman
Lil Guido
Tony Mamalouke
New Jack
Axl Rotton
Balls Mahoney
Steve Corino
Nothings definate so don't bust on me that hard if Nova and Chetti don't make it into the WWF, last i heard they were in little indie feds owned by the wwf for training and scouting.

I really don't see the need to pick up many or any of the ECW guys.
1. Nova. Overrated. He's decent, but he's not THAT good, although he claims that he invented half the wrestling moves currently being used by....oh, everyone. The WWF already has EZ Money (Jason Jett) on their payroll, a guy who's infinitely more talented than Nova. They don't need to hire him.
2. Chris Chetti. I don't see much use for bringing him in either. He's not bad, but what would they do with him? They job Taz out to everyone, what do you think they'll do to Chris?
3. Sabu. Horrible worker. Got over only on the fact that he literally destroyed himself in front of our very eyes. Well, the damage has been done, and the guy's a wreck now.
4. Big Dick Dudley. Unspeakably bad worker. This is a joke, right?
5. Blue Boy. Meanie was only around to amuse Heyman anyway. There's no need to bring him back to the WWF. They're not hurting THAT bad for jobbers.
6. Sandman. Him??? Moving right along....
7. Little Guido. I like him; he's pretty good, but the WWF has all the cruizerweights they need or want.
8. Tony Mamaluke. I enjoy Tony, and I have a fondness for his work, but same deal with Guido. They don't need him, plus he's way to small. They have Spike Dudley, they don't need another toothpick.
9. New Jack. His fate was signed with Mass Transit. Even if he wasn't washed up and physically broken down, he's FAR too controversial to ever be brought in. Besides, I heard he had a retirement match a few weeks back, where he almost killed Vic Grimes.
10. Axl Rotten. This isn't funny.
11. Ballz Mahoney. They don't need him. They don't want him either. I appreciate Ballz for what he is, but they don't really need another vampire act.
12. Steve Corino. One of the best workers in the indies, IMO. A better worker and promo artist and heel than MOST of the guys in the WWF right now, too. But there are way too many factors keeping him out. Heyman doesn't like him, he's small, he has a (undeserved) reputation as just a bleeder, there's rumors that Vince doesn't like him (Vince isn't big on actual old school wrestling ability), and Corino himself would rather work the indies / Japan where he has more control over his career. Part of me wants him to make it big in the WWF, but as a fan, I'm also glad to see him stay away from them too.
I don't see any of these guys coming in.

definitely agree w/ Steve Corino. Sandman would be interesting, if only to see him call out Austin for stealing his Beer gimmick. I've always liked Danny Doring. He had the style, and uncanny physical resemblence, to Owen Hart. Where is he now?
Cake or Death? Uh, I'll have the cake please.
