I'm a huge Rush fan and heard that on Eddie Trunk's show. One Little Victory, followed by three song snippets followed by Cygnus. Does it get any better? I contend that it does not!

it would get better if they played the whole, instead of the snippets.

Dont get me wrong, I like the old Rush up to Power Windows. But I think they have played it out for now. There isnt much left for them to do but pump out soso ablums. I mean put in All the World's a Stage a see when they were on their game. They just havent made any strides towards recapturing and creating a new experience in listening.
I am not saying I could do better. And after making music for 35+ years I 'd imagine it must be hard to come up with material. But after Power Windows it just seems to be the same stuff re hashed.
God help me if I have to listen to Joe Poo bungle up another live spot

Say what you will about RUSH. Neil Peart will go down as one of the best drummers of all time.

I am not a Rush fan at all....but dig most of there songs. Last night Eddie Trunk did the "play a couple minutes" of 3 songs again and was impressed

I think we all forgot to post that Rush would play GSAC and Jones Beach in June or July, then come back around to play MSG.
