From various reports for the ushing of the new RAW, there will be a new set, the RAW theme will be changed to WWF Forceable Entry's "Across the Nation" by Union Underground and the logo is this...

It's in Albany LIVE, the site of the creation of the new DX, ain't that convenient!
Is change really good? I was happy with what RAW had for the time being. "The more things change the more they stay the same..."
