i love beer.
it helped me get laid many times. (sometimes in a bad way),it got me beat up a couple times. and no matter what i still love it.
there is nothing better. and my guess is besides water its the most consumed beverage in america.I really like trying microbrews and i thought people could post their favorites here. i'm really lovin the sam adams spring ale, and red hook E.S.B

always been a fan of a black and tan myself. for those of you who dont what that is, thats a mix of guiness and harp...mm mm good.

Ok guys to set a few things straight here......Guinness and Harp is called a Half & Half
a true black and tan is guinness and bass.

You mix Guinness with bass you are just wasting good beer....

ok wait hold on fellas.... there is some confusion about black and tans.. http://www.ivo.se/guinness/bnt.html go down to the part about the layered drink. that's what i call a half and half, where the lager or ale is distinctly on the bottom and the stout rests on top. they call it a layered black and tan, if you order it in a bar in nyc i call it a half and half. <P>

Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Samuel Adams Winter Lager, Budweiser (it's reliable), Young's Double Chocolate Stout, Young's Oatmeal Stout and Newcastle Brown Ale are all favorites. <P>
I'm not liking the Samuel Adams Spring Ale all that much either. <P>
