I couldn't stop laughing this morning when I heard Howard say that he invented the new reality show on MTV...
All this time I thought Ronnie was overexaggerating about Howard claiming that he invents everything, But sure as hell, its true...

Last week Howard was all excited about Celebrity Boxing, so he decided he wanted to have Stuttering John fight someone like Jason Priestly and started adding other fights to the card. I know he's done this before (Angry Black vs. Cabbie, which was such a work it wasn't funny) but man, so soon after the Big-Ass Night of Fights, I really had to wonder.

He's had Ozzy and his family on a few times and I do remember him saying they would make a good television show.

Howard did goof on himself though, he said he invented the local news. :)

Somtimes Howard gets to preachy about himself in relation to Hollywood. nce he gets started I just say to mysel please stop this is getting embarassing. Its like when one of you parents trys to be funny to a stranger and the stranger doesnt get it but they keep going.

Howard's a man in the twilight of a great career, but he doesn't realize it's over, and he's desperately looking for something, anything, to add relevance to his life.

That's my take on all of this "inventing" bullshit. He wants to leave some sort of legacy, and the way he's doing it is by claiming to have invented just about everything in pop culture.

You tell him to retire, yet you support his show by listening I have never filled out an Arbitron ratings card...therefor I have never "supported" his show...I am just a casual listener that has grown tired of him...BUt Artie is a funny guy that makes me laugh...so I still listen.
