View Full Version : The WWF Split.
I'm not 100% sure how well this will all work out, but at least some of the lesser talent should be getting some attention now. They say that the World Champ and the Ladies Champ can wrestle for both brands, but what happens when one person loses the belt? Do they stay in the promotion they lost it in? (And I understand the reason for the Women's title since there are only 6 people in the division)
But shouldn't all titles be shared between the brands? Are we going to have Another IC champ? Or is the European belt going to be bumped up? And we really don't need another set of tag champs running around.

I don't understand how is there going to be more exposure for wrestlers, if theres still the same amount of TV time? Theres 4 hours divide theroster in 2 theres 2 2hour shows what the fuck if they wanna pus guys pushem now whats the difference how many splits? Why not divide the roster into 4ths, 8ths, 16ths theres still 4 hours of programming.

Each roster will have about 35-40 wrestlers as J.R, said last week. So the WWF will have to bring up some younger talent from OVW/HWA.
It's already started with Brock Lesner making his tv debut. Randy Orton, Rico, Shelton Benjamin, Ron Waterman and Victoria are all people that have been wrestling dark matches for the WWF and should be brought onto v soon.
Not to mention people like D'Lo Brown, Raven, Credible and some other alliance members.
The WWF is going to be running at least 7 shows a week with the split roster.
I think their will still be 12 ppv's for now and both rosters will have their matches on it.

I'm looking forward to the split. But I'm wondering now what will become of Heat, Jakked, & Excess.
I think the WWF is planning on adding a few more PPVs down the line...but only maybe a handful more.
but what happens when one person loses the belt? Do they stay in the promotion they lost it in?
If I could hypothesize a solution, I'd say that they should go to the promotion of the individual whom they lost the belt to. To sort of fill the void left by the new champion.

Heat is taped before Smackdown and Jakked is taped before Raw, so I guess each crew will get a show.
As for Excess, that will probably be the same and cover both rosters.
