I can't remember the name of it, but there was a mini-series that was a cartoon that was on the WB a few summers back. It was some sci-fi thing. I can't remember the name and it's killing me.

the one you might be thinking of is Invasion America...that came out in 1998 by Dreamworks
A young crossbreed human and alien fights to keep both of his worlds from going to war. His father, an alien (Tirusian) emperor and his mother, a human, are both missing, and the young man (David) has to discover who his friends and enemies really are.
