I see soo many late nite post and soo many early morn post [rfmark]. What's your bedtime and wake-up time.

I get up at 5am start work at 6, bedtime 10 to 11pm.

Hmmmm ... when do I go to bed? Lately, I can't go to bed early .... I have things on my mind ... but when I sleep, I am out ... good luck waking me up! ;-)

Hmm let's see...sleep is something I do around 4-6 am til about 2-3 pm :p

I usally go to sleep around 11:20 12ish on the weekdays and wake up around 6:30ish from my loud ass alarm. Weekends hell it all depends on how drunk I get

I sleep around 1-3AM and wake ip 5-7AM... ain't that convenient?!?

then i get waken up at 6 from my alarm....

Weekdays

If no rangers game then 11pm If a rangers game by the time I get home 2am

Wakeup at 5am, Leave home at 5:30am

Depending on what's going on, out of work 4:30

if i have class the next morning i'm usually out by 11 or 12, but if i'm just working hte next day (i usually work afternoons or nights) i'm up till 3 am and i don't get up till 10 or 11 the next morning (well later that morning techniquely)

it depends, sometimes i dont sleep
an common bedtime for me is 5 am dependign on the next day. i stay up late cause my earliest class is 130, and well i always stay up late. so at these wee hours most people are a sleep so i amuse myself with posting

I need at least 5-6hrs a nite,and catch up on w/e.
I hope some of you nap, 2-4hrs a nite don't sound to healthy..

I get up at friggin 5:30 am! and am teaching those crazy highschool ruffians by 7:45 am.

I have to be in bed before 11 or I get really cranky! :)

Hmmm since i work the night shift I got to bed around ohhh 9amish and wakeup around 5pm-6pmish.
that is why when i see the late night posts I tell everyone if they need a early wakeup call to tell me and I will call them and give them my professional hotel wakeup call voice =)
