Sorry i've just had a very bad week... I hate my boss...my life... aggggh sorry just had to blow off some steam!!!!
God put me on this earth to do a certain number of things right... now i'm so far behind, i'll never die.

my boss is awesome! although i'm convinced she's going to give herself a heart attack, she's very easy going and looks out for everyone in my department. she's very easy to talk to and understanding. she'll add extra overtime hours to my paycheck and is very flexible as far as anyone needing to come in late or leave early. she doesnt bitch if you're not in by 9 (maybe cuz she never is). her philospohy is "as long as things get done, i dont care" and she treats everyone with respect, which is very important

Hate is too strong of a word for me . I just allow my boss make an ass out of himself all of the time,it's easy just let him open his mouth.
But really just let it go ICG it's not worth your effort of getting upset about,you know who the crap is coming from,nuff said.

Hell, I'll trade bosses with you any day. Mine has a habit of saying anything F'ed up is my fault, but good stuff is all his doing.
Not to mention there are 3 guys in my dept, me, my boss, and his brother-in-law. Who do you think gets the shitty jobs????

not my immediate Supervisor but his director...
I do have a level of respect for him for his accomplishments but there's no doubt in my mind that he has a Napoleon complex(he's a bit on the short side) and has no problem threatening that he's gonna fire you if something doesn't get done...
In my 14 years in the Corporate world I feel you get a bit less out of your people with this type of attitude than you do with treating people with respect and decency...

You know what? I know hate is a strong word, but I can honestly say I hate my boss. He's fat and gross and reminds me of the guy from the "Gluttony" murder scene from Se7ev. He is fake, he is nasty, He's only your friend if he's gaining something from you, if he isn't he wont even acknowledge you in the hallway. I really honestly think there should be some sort of law against how "selective" and nasty he is. I wonder if there is? He's one of the fattest people I have ever seen. Theres nothing wrong with being overweight a little, but jesus fucking christ, if you saw him you wouldnt believe it. He had a very LARGE, popular and expensive SUV, The fucking truck would bottom out when he got in it, and this was a $70,000... vehicle. I fucking can't stand him.

I had respect for my old bosses until the day they laid me off.
When I was there, anytime they were using one of the fancy shipping labels with the company logo on it they would either do it on the typewriter (which looked very old fashioned), or they would print a file label and stick it on top of the other label (which looked sloppy). So one afternoon during a slow period in production, I took the time to measure out the dimensions of the print area on the label and created a format in Word so you could just print the labels directly. Everyone in the company was impressed, even the "Big Bosses" came over to my cubicle and thanked me. The day I was laid off and given all of the paperwork for my laying off, they put my name on the envelope using the label I designed. It was liked I was kicked in the balls. I found out from my old coworker that I still like that all of the contacts for the properties that I had were upset that I left and then that they were problems for the people that took them over. Plus I was the only one who ever received free shit from the teams.

My current boss is pretty cool. His team is fairly incompetent and makes me look bad because they can hide in the office and I take all the shit for their fuck-ups, but my boss is cool. Plus, he does open-mic nights and wants to be a stand-up, so I give him props.
My old boss was cool too. She's the only superior I ever had who gave me space because she knew I could do things as well, if not better than if she told me how to do it her way.

i, too, hate my boss. she is an absolute insane bitch. our group has the highest turnover because no one can stand to work for her for too long. i'm a veteran with her already... 3 years. she is even infamous at other companies in the industry. a friend was interviewing at another company and the interviewer said of my boss "i don't know how that company gets anything done with that woman around". and this is my life... ugh
