That's a real surprise, Ferrall broke it on today's show. Blaine is going back to Detroit to rejoin Rocky Allen?(for money and it is his hometown), dammit, I love this duo but again the last surviving member of the Menudo Mornings will no longer be. This ain' gossip from my lips like other people do here... its the truth!

I wonder if this means Double R will take over or it will be Mornings of Ferrall on the Bench!

GOOD LUCK BLAINE... you will be sorely missed!

This is sad. I stopped listening to the SportsGuys about two weeks after Ferrall came aboard. I just can't stand him, and I don't see O&A's obsession with him. He's not funny. He knows a lot about hockey, but he spends so little time talking about it that it doesn't matter. Talk about the Rangers and all he has to offer is some fast-talking, basketball lingo-laden tirade about Fleury's alcoholism and Lindros' concussions. Blaine leaving gives me another reason not to listen. I guess I'll have to keep listening to

i appreciate what blaine did after 9/11, for that i'll be grateful as i am all of wnew who got us through at least a little bit.

but...

blaine is not funny. he has no timing, his jokes are lame, and his knowledge of sports is mediocre at best. i have nothing against the guy personally and i don't hate him, but he has to go.

Ferrel is simply god. He speaks the truth and doesnt give a fuck about anyone else.

Blaine....very boring and his jokes are unfunny. Good riddance!

like with any duo, they have their good and bad moments... thought they worked pretty good together and Blaine was not one to kiss Ferralls ass, he would quickly express his disagreements or difference of opinion...
didn't listen much but this is the feel I got...

well I have to say I did like blaine... however Blaine and Ferral were aweful together.

They had no chemistry at all, not to mention it really didn;t seem like they liked each other too much.

Plus Blaine was not a great "Sports" guy... meaning, I never got the impression he was into sports that much.

He is a good radio personality, I just think he was in a show that never truly featured his talent

I like Blain, always have and I disagree that him and Ferrell didnt have great Chemistry. They were great together, better than the last dink. Blain was able to be himself and showed that he does have knowledge of certain sports. The only time I thought they had no chemistry was when Ferrell first started...besides that I wish Blain good luck in his endeavour. God Speed Blain, God speed

I like Blaine, and it seemed like they were making some headway with the chemistry between he and Ferrell. Ferrell might be over the top, but I think he is funny and he's a great talker. I wish he'd get those vocal polyps removed, though. Its kind of hard to listen to a guy that sounds like he gargles with drano for 4 hours, but I do it anyway.

I listened to the sprots since the very begin with sid and scott, but after all the changes, and now Blaine is leaving the sports guy ship is sinking faster than Don and Mike.

Blain wasn't funny. It will be hard to find someone that will work well with Ferrall.

Blaine was awful to say the least. His impressions of Chinese people and the "What up Dawg?" made me just downright embarassed to listen to WNEW. Whenever Blaine was on, you could feel his desparation.

Love him or hate him, Ferrall has a clue. He works best alone. Good riddance Blaine.
