i hate allen sniffen

secondly, he thinks that if EVERYONE doesnt like something it isnt good...

thirdly, he doesnt recognise talent only ratings....

finally,
he comments on things but we have no idea where he bases all of his opinions. Yes . it may seem like he knows about radio... but i picture him as the crazy radio guy on the boardwalk.
with a lil transister radio and mumbling to himself.

i dont like this allan sniffen. he hates wnew and says awful things about our Ron and fez.

just read that site once and you realize who posts on it. old lame guys who have no life, wishing they had a gig in radio. they never followed what they loved, or even couldnt cut it, and are bitter and resentful of anyone who displays real talent. ron and fez are real...... they have fun on the air and it translates over the radio. if there were critics of ny tv like there are of ny radio we'd have a lot better stuff to watch. <P>

Mel, the New York Radio Message Board is full of old men who knew Marconi. They all live in the past and yearn for stations that play standards and other crap the elderly listen to. I have been on that board and have been banned for writing RF threads. Sniffen seems to believe that RF should be working overnights. It's his opinion. I say he's an ass. <P>

It IS a private board, so they have the right to do what they want, including banning people and only printing content they choose.

That being said, there are times I find their points interesting. I try to sift through the crap, and I do find some of the topics worth a look.

And BTW, there are a number of people there who LIKE Ron and Fez.

Just coming from there yesterday, people don't like dentists. So that's one strike against him.

Do you think Allen might be jealous that Melissa gets more airtime and more listeners than his show on WABC ever did?
