Back in the day, the NYPD gave out "JD" cards to kids who committed crimes. I was lucky, I never get caught. My best friend got one, he broke a bus window with a rock. Any other young "ruffians" here?

Jeez, the stigma attached to getting a "JD Card" was enough to keep me and my brother in line, Heckler.

I'm looking down your blouse right now and you don't even know it.

picked up for:
breaking into an Optic Center in Manhattan, wanted to get into the record store that was next door...Didn't break anything to get in, just went in through the door/skylight on the roof, didn't know it had a silent alarm... We were inside and went back on the roof. My friend wanted to leave but I convinced him we could get into the music store. As we walked towards the door/skylight again it started to open on it's own. The first thing we saw was a 38, then a cop and security guard. They took us to the station and we told them we were being chased by some other kids and we were just looking for a place to hide... They took us to the Path and watched us get on the train...Thank God they never called our parents...
There's many others but I don't want my log-in to time out...
Never got a JD card though...Either they let us go or just called our parents...
