Don't know if you guys are really interested, but here's the results for the show that the WWF did in Yokohama, Japan. It's the first WWF show in Japan in quite some time (years). It has some bearing upon tonight's RAW too, because The Rock, Chris Jericho, The Big Show, Ric Flair, The Dudley Boyz, Kane, The Hardy Boyz, Billy & Chuck, Tajiri, and others will all be absent (they're still on the Asian tour).
Here are the results, with a few notes:
Shane McMahon came out and had an impromptu match (I'm guessing it was a comedy match) with Wally Yamaguchi....you may remember him as Yamaguchi-san with Kaientai a few years back. The infamous "Choppy-choppy your pee-pee" angle. Shane was reportedly booed by the fans.
1. William Regal d. Edge (Intercontinental title match)
2. Lita d. Molly (interesting given how bad Lita is compared to joshi workers)
3. DDP d. Haku (European title match)
4. Sho Funaki (w/ TAKA) d. Hurricane Helms (no surprise, the Japanese heavily booed both Funaki & TAKA. That's what you get, boys.)
5. Billy & Chuck d. Hardy Boyz (Tag Title match) (Interesting note - Billy & Chuck have been dubbed the "Red Tights Party" by the Japanese fans)
Flair comes out and talks about the great Japanese champions of the past. At this point, Riki Choshu started to come out, but for some reason Regal came out to attack Flair, and was put in the Figure 4.
Dean Malenko comes out to say hello.
6. Tajire d. Kidman (Cruizerweight Title match) (Tajiri had some BIG pops, and at one point used the Green Mist....with Mutoh present!)
7. Kane & Big Show d. Dudley Boyz
8. Chris Jericho d. Rock (Undisputed Title match) at around 20 minutes. (They did something VERY stupid here....at 20 minutes, they had the Dudleys come out, interfere, which let Jericho roll-up the Rock for the pin. This is stupidity on the WWF's part, because the Japanese HATE screwjob endings with a passion. As a result, Rock & Jericho immediately afterwards wrestled for another 10 minutes, and Rock won the 2nd match with the People's elbow)
In a few other notes:
Keiji "Great" Mutoh was there, as one of the announcers, and challenged Jericho to a title match.
Other notable Japanese wrestlers / personalities present were Minoru Tanaka & Riki Choshu (New Japan), Satoshi Kojima (with Mutoh, for All Japan), Naoya Ogawa (Inoki Army), and Ayako Hamada (she's was rumored months ago to be wanting a job with the WWF).
