Continuing education....

i was thinking about continuing my education but i can't decide if i should go for my masters or an assos. degree in spanish. i have degree in criminal justice and i was trying to decide which would help me get a job. i was leaning towards spanish because of the communities with so many spanish people. anyone have any thoughts.. thanks...
